Great Crib for Baby I purchased this crib for my grandbaby. My daughter assembled the crib and it took about 1 hour. It is sturdy and looks good in the bedroom. When my daughter moved to her new apartment, she found it slightly difficult to take apart, but was able to assemble it again in my grandson's new bedroom. This is a great crib and I highly recommend it!
Way better than the "nice" cribs!
We have a 4 year old daughter, and soon to be (monday!) 10 month old twin sons.

>First of all at BRU we found that having TWO of those cribs would be ridiculous, and I doubt a crib (especially one without teething rails!) would last until the kids moved out of the house... so I we just couldnt see spending that much money on one. Also those cribs are bulky, dont have the drop rails, have VERY sharp edges, and infact seemed to be made of a very "chinsy" soft wood.

>Well the Denmark crib is almost completely the opposite. It was SO easy to put together, took my husband about 45 minutes to put together both (NOTE, dont put them together in another room, like one other than the babies nursery, or in some cases your bedroom...) but we had also found out the hard way (put them together downstairs) that its easy to take apart as well. Although its not too expensive, its VERY sturdy... I doubt I will ever come across a sturdier crib! The screws dont come loose (a big problem with one of my friends Madison Crib) and its not rickety at all. The wheels lock well, and I am able to move the cribs around the room if I need (maybe to clean or something). The drop rails are a WONDER... I am SO HAPPY we went for the drop rails, I knew how great they were with my daughter, but after trying to use my friends Madison Crib, I was so happy we chose function over beauty, although the Denmark crib is STUNNING... It looks "cheap" in the photo, but if you look at it with the bedding on (any bedding I'm guessing) it looks about 3x the price, and is just fabulous! There are a few mattress hights, this came in handy when we were waiting for our changing table to come, and the crib was easy to use that way as well... The crib comes with teething rails on it, and the boys LOVE to chew on them, but no harm to our crib, or the boys (yet again unlike the Madison which chips off pieces of finish and wood!) I was able to attatch a mobile, and crib toys to this wonderfull piece of furnature as well, not a hassel and it looks GREAT.

>All in all we are VERY satisfied with our purchase. Its a reliable, comfortable, and all around TERRIFIC crib... dont go for the "beauty", you should go for the "function", a.k.a the Denmark!

We love this crib. We bought it for our son when he was born, now 13 months old and we are getting another crib just like it for our next baby due in 2 months. We have no complains about this crib, it has been perfect. We also like the simple design of it, it goes with any decor. Great quality crib for a great price!
