Harry Houdini couldn't get the slipcover off!!!
We both love this glider and the accompanying ottoman... that is until our 2-week old made number one all over the ottoman. "No problem," we said. "The slip cover is zipper-backed and therefore removeable. We'll just wash it." Fat chance. The zipper on the back is only about half the length of the entire cushion, and no matter how you scrunch the inner foam pad, there is no way to get it out through the little zipper space; and, even if you could, I cannot see for the life of me how you would get it back. <

>Ordering a replacement cushion is scary, since the company is apparently a phantom: "Jardine Enterprises" does not exist anywhere on the Internet, and I have read enough customer complaints about their unreachability and poor customer service whene one finally does get in touch with them. But I guess not having tried that route yet, I shouldn't complain. <

IT IS BEAUTIFUL, IT SHIPPED PROMPTLY ALREADY PREASSEMBLED WHICH WAS A PLUS. THE GLIDER THAT GOES WITH IT IS AWESOME ALSO. IF YOU PURCHASE THE GLIDER, YOU DEFINETLY WOULD WANT THE OTTOMAN.
