This ergonomically-designed splatter screen keeps sauce and grease in the pan, and away from stove surfaces, nearby walls, and clothing. It fits 10- to 12-inch round pans, and is domed to accommodate recipes with oversized ingredients such as Southern fried chicken or beef shanks braised in red wine.
