Cuisinart Coffee Maker The Cuisinart 12-cup coffeemaker we ordered through Amazon has proven to be an excellent addition to our kitchen appliances. It's attractive, easy to use, and consistently brews very good coffee. I o question though whether it's necessary to change the filter monthly at a cost of $3.00 a pop!
Not for 1-4 cup (1 Real Cup) Batches
I'm usually the only one who drinks coffee so I choose this coffee maker primarily due to the 1-4 cup setting hoping that it would make a nice robust small batch of coffee.

The first coffee maker that was shipped to me did not work at all. I plugged it in and nothing happened. Both coffee makers were shipped in the manufacturers box which was damaged upon arrival. The second coffee maker has worked so far however the top lid doesn't close tightly and that's a little disappointing because I think it may cool the water slightly.
