Kid Friendly Easel The crayola easel is great. It's plastic, so it's easy to wipe clean. 2 people can easily paint at the same time or use the dry erase board or other board. It's so perfect for kids and it's not too tall. It holds enough paints and brushes. I am very happy I purchased this item.
There are better ones to buy
My 3 yr old got this for her birthday. It is durable and it is nice to be able to have two kids using it at the same time. That is if both want to paint or draw on paper. I like that it has clips on both side. Unfortunately we have some complaint with ours. One being that the clips do not hold a single piece of paper, we need to put the whole pad of paper in them. So we use tape to keep the paper on. Another would be the chalk board. I'm not sure why, but our is really hard to write on, so the kids don't use it. Our last problem is that the trays that you put the paints, brushes and crayons in never stay on. They fall off every time they are touched or the easle gets move.
Chalkboard a dud
This is a sturdy easel, but there are flaws.

>1. The chalkboard on mine did not work. Literally, chalk did not write on it and I had to send away for a replacement board. That was free, yet is took 6 weeks since it came from Hong Kong.

>2. The clip that holds pads of paper is not adjustable, therefore just one piece of paper does not stay in. In fact, I have had better success leaning a pad of paper on the crayon bowls that connect to the easel.

>Given those flaws I do not recommend this toy, even though my son NOW enjoys it -- (Since I fixed the chalk board and figured out the paper problrem)
