Lots of room, but little comfort
We use this backpack when we travel with our two-year-old son (we've had this backpack since he was a newborn). I simply do not care much for this bag. It is definitely very spacious--we've never run out of room, even when we packed for cross-country or overseas flights. There are plenty of pockets, which is great. But this bag is just so bulky and uncomfortable to carry. The fabric is really stiff and the straps are not well padded at all. I also hate the fact that is doesn't have an insulated bottle compartment (unlike Colorado tote, which we also have and like a lot better than the backpack). So this bag is practical, but simply not comfortable. I would be hesitant to recommend it.

BUY THIS BAG
My husband registered for this backpack so he'd have something "manly" to carry while toting our son around town. It's been hanging in the closet ever since the shower because we've just been using my bag (which I now realize is completely inferior). <

Awesome bag!
This diaper bag is very convenient. It is almost too big...I have filled every space in it before. I have two daughters(21 mos and 8 mos) and I have room for all of their stuff. I put a sippy cup, a bottle, two outfits, two bibs, 8 diapers, my wipes case, a dirty duds bag, cream, lotion, medicine, baby food, a bowl of snack crackers, toys, my papers, my wallet, my cell phone, books, and sometimes my small purse, and everything fits just perfectly! Of course, the more you put into it, the harder it is to find what you are looking for without taking out a bunch of stuff!! The one and ONLY complaint I have about this diaper bag is that it barely fits into the basket of my Evenflo Cititour stroller. I researched diaper backbags very thoroughly before I made this purchase, and I am so happy I chose this one! I bought the diaper bag in March of 2005 and it is still in perfect shape. Nothing has torn or ripped or anything like that. If you are the type of Mom who wants to have everything "just in case", than this is the diaper bag you are looking for!!!!
