Great Features/Great Price
We picked this stroller after an endless and overwhelming search on the internet and reading customer reviews to find a light weight stroller to replace our travel system that was both too big and starting to fall apart (graco cirrus travel system). My husband wanted to justify the price, so I was trying to look for and find something in the cheaper price range, but still had style and was durable. We went to BRU, he looked at a few, we took this one off the shelf and put our almost 12 mo old in it and test drove it. They both loved it and the decision was settled. It had also been very highly recommended to me by a friend, who travels a lot.

I love the big basket, parent tray, the multi-position seat (literally as it's a pull cord - just wonder and haven't read any reviews about the cords wearing out), the size and weight of the stroller, the maneuverability (bought it and went straight to the mall, sighing in relief over the travel system!).

The sunshade seems ok (we live in LV with tons of sun), but might get the Pepeny shade another reviewer recommended for any extra shade and coverage.

I'm used to a child-tray and bought an accessory kit (prince lionheart), but none of the holders were compatable. I ended up sticking his cup between him and the seat, which he did toss, but that's what he does. He did enjoy putting his feet up on the roll bar, so maybe this'll be ok.

I have only 2 concerns that MAY NOT become a problem:
The child can sit up straight on their own, but they can't sit/rest against the seat back in a more upright position - but I have an animal pillow that can be flat or velcro'd fuller which might fill the space, if I find this is really necessary, since I haven't had this long enough to be 'moved in and settled'.

My son is extremely active and was able to crawl out of the 3pt seat belt of the travel system (I probably could have tighten it more, though). I worry I might need or want a 5 pt harness, but it's two-fold: he hates to be restrained and would scream anyway and I just have to parent him and teach him that he can't act that way.

Overall I'm happy with this purchase, it's price and am sure we'll not regret it!

This is the best lightweight stroller!
Unlike it's sister, the citilite in urban chic which has alot of yellow in it's design and the potential for easy to see stains, I much prefered the much more practical black, navy, & grey sporty makeup of the citilite urban cool since I hate prints.Also the sun visor on the urban chic seemed useless since it was'nt big enough. At first I thought the urban cool was a little pricey for a lightweight stroller but after testing it in the store, I found that it was very easy to close & open, and although very lightweight, seemed to feel pretty solid with its aluminum frame. So I bought it a few weeks ago & found that it was worth every penny. First of all, there are no screws to assemble-all you have to do is pop the wheels in and you are in business. I did'nt even look at the instructions.Plus the padded seat is very thick & seemingly comfortable. Even though the padding can easily be taken off for cleaning-it's attached with strong velcro & snaps. No more flimsy padding that squishes in between my baby's legs or caught on her feet and lifted her stroller off of the ground when she was lifted out. And that was a peg perego-supposedly one of the better & unfortunately more expensive ones. The canaopy on that one had a thin wire frame which by the time my baby got through with it was awfully bent out of shape. I was pleased to see that the citilite urban cool had an aluminum frame in it's canopy- really hard to bend so I know this will last me alot longer-sometimes I wished there was a window in the canopy but after awhile I found that I really did'nt need it. I was thrilled with the cup holders by the cushioned handlebars which are adjustable. Great for tall people like myself. The front bar is also cushioned in this rubbery material which is easy to clean and a material cover attached with velcro. I like that it was black-no more easy to see stains. The front bar is out far enough so that its easier to slip baby in and out with an actual foot rest that works. In the peg perego my baby's feet just dangled. Also the stroller is narrower in it's design-easier handling for those tight store aisles.And I can push it very easily with one hand if I have to. Very smooth ride. Deep basket with lots of room although you can't really access the basket well when the baby is sleeping flat. So I carry my money on me and the babies bag stays in the basket. The only thing I had to get were hooks to attach to the handles so that I can carry shopping bags at the same time and I have to manually adjust the height of the seat by pulling two strings in the back. Those three things are a minor inconvenience but still able to lay the seat back to an almost flat position for those naps. And besides- it is a pretty great lightweight stroller-what do you expect?-so all in all I give this a thumbs up all the way!

Just the right size for the on-th-go parent!
My husband and I picked this stroller out together after receiving another larger stroller as a gift. That way we can leave the CitiLite in the car all the time. It's just the right size to travel with anywhere. Only two downsides are it doesn't carry the Graco carseat like the MetroLite and more often then not it's a bit of a struggle to pop open, especially with just one hand. Neither is a big hassle now that are daughter is 6-months-old. We stopped carrying her around in her carseat at around 4 months...just too awkward and heavy. But I still say it is a must for a second stroller/umbrella stroller. It takes up less space in the trunk, in grocery aisles, little mom and pop stores and especially at restaurants!
