Customer Reviews of Cirrus LiteRider in MacArthur
Mixed feelings Whe I checked it out in [a local store] it seemed to have all the features I was looking for as a 2nd stroller (now that my daughter has outgrown her Graco travel system - which I love) - it's lightweight, has one hand opening, a decent size basket, cup holders, nicely padded seat, and an attractive fabric - but once we put it together at home and checked it out more closely it's got a few issues... One problem is you have to recline the seat, and lock both front and back sets of wheels (according to the directions) to fold it and get it in your trunk- even then it does not lay very flat. I also think the seat height seems short, and my daughter is only a smidge over 26" - so this stroller is not the best pick for a soon to be toddler. As an infant stroller it would probably be good, especially because the seat reclines all the way and then there is a closed in 'bed' feature- I'm thinking one of the more expensive metrolites, or even the peg perego plikomatic might be worth the money ([$$$].)
Excellent stroller, missing some stuff.
This is a great graco stroller. I went to the babiesrus store and looked at the selection of strollers. I needed to find one that would be fairly compact. (due to the fact that I own a two door 2003 cavalier)So of course the first thing that I looked at was how small they folded, this was not the smallest but it had most of the features that I was Looking for EX. one hand fold, reclining, good sized basket, automatic lock when folded, padded restraint ( so that it won't rub), parent console, head rest, EASY to stear. This stroller had all of that plus infant incloser(sp), toy, and side basket. What it is missing is an in-between level for recline, and a restraint for when the infant incloser is up(ex seat belt) I am not a parent I am a nanny but from what I can see it is a great stroller.
Also is it safe to hook a graco infant seat to the child snack tray because it doesn't seam to take a whole lot to get it off?? because i don't think it seams to feel safe.
not a good stroller
This is a bad stroller. From the day I put it together I knew I didn't like it but I kept it cause it matched my car seat and they fit together "carseat was fine... the top tray never went on right so I thought it was just a default when they made it so I called graco and the sent me a new one "tray" but that one didn't fit too. So eventually that part just came off one day by it's self. and the extra fabric is not good, it gets in the way. Also there are only 2 positions you can put the baby in flat or straight up. the thing is huge almost doesn't fit in my trunk, I push it down to get it in.
