BAD TOY CHEST We just received this toy chest and the top of the toy chest was chipped and has pieces/slivers of wood coming off that is hazardous to children. On top of that, the chest box is orange in color (Aweful). I contacted Amazon, who told me that I have to contact the seller through email, which I did. The seller Serena, explained that they do not offer returns only replacement on damaged parts. So, if you order this toy box and you don't like it - you are stuck with it!!!
Beautiful and functional
I just can't say enough good about my son's new toy box..... !! It was so easy to assemble that I didn't need my husband's help!! The hinges that keep the lid from slamming down on my son's hands are awesome... and he loves to open and close the lid!

Toy box shipping and product review.
I really have no complaints with the toy box. I give it 4½ stars in appearance. It was well constucted and rather easy to assemble (yes, there was some assembly required). There is one thing though, the hinges on the lid do not allow the lid to rest straight up, vertically and will come back to the resting point possibly causing disscomfort or injury to ones head. The timing of the shipping was rather a long period of time too.
