Customer Reviews of Chicco Royal Blue London Stroller - 69477
Great stroller poor customer service I love this stroller. I bought it to replace the monster Graco that I used for the first year. This stroller has super features like the adjustable sun shade and the reclining seat and basket. We had a wheel break on the stroller (our fault) and have been the the process of getting a replacement wheel for over a month now! It is difficult to reach someone at the 1-800 number and clearly they are in no hurry to get a replacement part sent to us. I still love the stroller and would most likely buy another one but being without it for month and waiting for this part is a pain! <

beautiful Stroller, smooth ride....
I love the look and sturdy quality of this stroller, it turns well and is easy for this Brooklyn, New York workin mama to handle. There are 2 things to consider, the weight is not as light as I had hoped and the back wheels do not lock when the stroller is folded. But overall it is a great stroller!
Stick with the Chicco Caddy
I bought this stroller to replace our Chicco Caddy -- I walk everywhere and got as much use out of it before it really needed to be replaced. I loved it, thought I would go one step up and get the London stroller but it was a bad change. It's not as easy to push and perhaps the most annoying thing is that the back wheels can't be locked when the stroller's collapsed so it won't stand up without falling. Also, the basket is so small it might as well not be there; I don't know why the description says there's a large basket because it's not. I just noticed that once I had put the stroller all the way back in recline position, the poles that are hidden by the back of the sun shade had ripped right through the fabric. I'm hoping to return this; hopefully this is considered a product defect and will go back to the Caddy. Not worth it.
