Cute set, but disappointing in some ways...
This set is really cute. We picked it out because we loved the bears and bunnies and gingham combination. We also wanted a set that we could potentially use when baby #2 comes along. However, I awoke at 2:30 this morning with 3rd trimester pregnancy symptoms and couldn't sleep... so I decided to put the bedding on the crib. We bought a convertible/sleigh style crib. The bumper ties are not long enough in the corners to secure the bumper to the crib. So the bumper is worthless. The situation would probably hold true with any bumper, since most ties are made short enough to reduce the risk of strangulation. The blend of textured fabrics on the comforter is wonderful... but the comforter is not long enough to completely cover the mattress. I should have double checked the measurements before choosing the pattern. Again, since it will not be used on the crib when the baby is in it, I'm not sure if it bothers me enough to return it. By the time I put on the decorative pillow and stuffed animals (which will also be removed when baby is sleeping, of course), it was not very noticeable. I can picture our little girl playing on the comforter on the floor, exploring the colors, textures and animals without being bombarded with an overly commercialized cartoon character. The crib sheet fits very well, and the skirt is very easy to put on. But is it my imagination at 4:30 a.m., or do the colors not quite match up between the skirt and the comforter? <

>Bottom line... if you don't have narrow corners on your crib and want this bumper, expect to re-do the corner ties somehow. If you expect a comforter to cover a whole mattress, don't buy this set. If these issues don't bother you, then buy it. The pattern is adorable, gender neutral and potentially visually stimulating when the babies get a little older. I could not bring myself to spend what "designers" were asking on other adorable bedding sets, or to ask anyone else to do the same... this set seemed like a good mid-priced option when I registered. I should have double checked all the measurements first, I guess. To keep or not to keep... I think I'll get some sleep before I decide.

Super Cute Bedding
I chose this bedding for our nursery because not only are we having twins, but we are having a boy and a girl! I figured I would decorate their room with bedding that can be used for either a boy or a girl. When I received the bedding as a baby shower present, I was very happy with not only the quality of the product, but the cute teddy bears and rabbits throughout the bedding set. I also received the diaper stacker and the lamp as a present, which also adds to the whole theme in our nursery. I recommend this set for anyone. This set will definately brighten any nursery.

so adorable
I love this set! I knew from the outset that I wanted bunnies to be a part of our nursery but I had a hard time finding what I wanted. My husband discovered this set in the Babies R Us store and I fell in love with it. I love the soft colors (as another reviewer said, it is more vibrant in real life than in the online picture, but it is still pretty soft compared to most of the nursery sets out there) and I love the gingham. I especially love that the bunnies and bears on the quilt are furry feeling. I do wish the bumper had ties on the bottom, but other than that it's a great set.
