This substantial stockpot performs its workhorse functions beautifully. Its 12-quart capacity and large size--10-1/2 inches in diameter by 10 inches deep--means plenty of room for soup for eight or large batches of stock (make it once and freeze what you don't need for a later date). COOKING MADE EASY THIS POT HELPS ME MAKE PRIZE WINNING CHILI! PEOPLE NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE WHEN I COOK IN CALPHALON. THE BIG PLUS FOR ME IS THE EASY CLEANUP.
