Great Stroller-Even Better Customer Service
I bought this stroller after doing a considerable amount of research. I have a very tall (42") two and a half year old son. He had outgrown his Combi Travel Saavy stroller and I was in desperate need to find a model that his legs wouldn't dangle causing his feet to drag on the front wheels. I am so happy with this stroller! His knees aren't even at the end of the seat, so he has plenty of room to grow into this one!!! It is very sturdy and can tolerate having a few bags hang on the handles without becoming unbalanced. The handles are cushy and even high enough that I don't have to slouch to push it. I am 5'11" and have always had this problem. The recline feature works well and my son is comfortable snoozing away during walks. The basket size is fine, after all this isn't a travel system. It fits a few diapers, wipes and changing pad and my wallet and camera no problem. I have no complaints so far.

>Chicco's customer service is great! I called and spoke to a very knowlegeble representative about the whole height issue, before even trying this stroller I was sold! She told me about all the different models they carry and why the Ct 0.5 would be the best match for my tall boy. If they allowed sales over the phone I probably would have purchased it right then and there! I feel confident that should a problem arise somewhere down the line, I will have no problems dealing with the company and getting a quick and satisfactory result.

>I look forward to many trips with my new Chicco!
smooth ride
This stroller has great maneuverability. Turns are smooth. The handles seem to be positioned in a place that's very comfortable for someone between 5'4 and 5'10. It comes with a canopy that has a "window" for you to peek at your baby. It detaches easily by side clips and I discovered you can flip it upside down and re-attach it midway down the frame to help block heavy winds from blowing into baby's face and body (don't know if it was meant to do that, but it works great when it's windy out and since it has that plastic window, baby can still have a partial view of what's in front).

>All four wheels can lock and unlock.

>The basket underneath is pretty small, so don't expect to store a full backpack.
<
>It is a slight bit long when folded which takes up a good amount of room in our Accord trunk. If you have a minivan, it won't be an issue.
<
>As far as the seat goes, it's easy to adjust the inclination.

>I do see what the other reviewer meant about the back support. It has a strip down the middle of the back that feels like a thick piece of cardboard with padding over it. It's not stiff, but rather seems to curve with the form of the seat while offering a little more support than the typical umbrella strollers. If you think about the less expensive umbrella strollers they just come with fabric for back support and kids are typically slouched in those. My 5 month old seems to sit fine in it so far. She is quiet and tranquil when we go for walks, so it must not be terribly uncomfortable or I'd hear it from her.
