Customer Reviews of Brunswick Pro Bowling
brunswick pba bowling Take a little getting used to the game not quite the same a wii bowling but the challange is there. When you first start out in career mode you don't have a lot of control as you win league nights and then on to tournaments you go to pro shop to build up your stammia, strength and respect,I found this game simular to when I was bowling in a league, I'am 60 yrs old and I love what the wii has done for me.
brunswick blunder
this game was a huge disappointment..
<
>i love the wii sports bowling and so do all my family / friends...
<
>i was so excited to get this game that i had preordered it and played it the moment it arrived... for about 10 minutes...
<
>the graphics are so-so... the characters are creepy looking
<
>the controls are akward... wii sports bowling controls are by far superior as they are simpler and more natural...
<
>i could have gotten past all of this.. but... the gameplay.. ugh...
<
>the actual gameplay was so painfully slow - HUGE HUGE delays between your movement and the onscreen bowler... not to mention the pace of the game...
<
>the movements are not fluid and does not seem to be as accurate in timing or sensitivity as the wii sports version...
<
>we played for about 5 frames before we were so irritated that we just packed up the game and took it to trade in...
<
>if you still want to try it, go for it.. but i would recommend trying it as a rental first... i was never even able to make it through 1 entire game without losing patience... it was a huge borefest...
Needs more work
I was looking foward to this game since I really like the bowling game on WiiSports but I was completely disappointed with it from the beginning. The choice of characters is non-existent. The graphics aren't worth mentioning nor anything else about the game. The only thing that we halfway liked in the game was the different conditions of the bowling lane (if it's freshly waxed or not) but we we tried compensating for the condition the ball didn't go as expected and we even tried going from one extreme to another and still little to no change...the ball did what it wanted to. If you feel you must try this game please rent it but no means it is worth $39.99 maybe $12.99 maybe.

>Needless to say we're still looking for a bowling game but in the meantime I'll stick with the one that came with the Wii.
