Asleep in minutes This has worked wonderfully for me, even if I only listen for a few minutes (I can't fall asleep with earphones in) I find I have no problems getting to sleep quickly. Very highly recommended.
No Deep Sleeping Here
I was really hopeful that listening to this CD (through my MP3 player) would help me fall asleep, stay asleep, and have deep, restful sleep. I actually feel a bit more "keyed up" after listening to it. I've tried it on about four different occasions and am hesitant to give any more energy to it. I've gone back to an old CD of just plain ocean sounds--no music overlays. It works better for me.
