So Convienient! As a first time mom, I absolutely love this travel system! There are so many benefits that I don't know where to start. The base for the car seat is nice because I don't have to deal with strapping him in while we're both freezing. I can strap him in inside the house, then just place the car seat into the base with a click! The stroller doesn't fold very small, but I have a large trunk so it makes no difference to me. It collapses in one easy motion as I lift it into the trunk. I've read what others have mentioned about scratching the tray as you lock it, but I've never seen the need to lock it, so it's not a problem for me. The stroller unfolds easily and I can just transfer the car seat from the base to the stroller; it's nice not to have to bother him if he falls asleep. The stroller is lightweight and easy to maneuver with the swivel front wheels. This travel system is so convienient that I don't hesitate to take my son anywhere. My mother commented that she didn't have it this good when I was a baby!
Waste of money
I fell into the first-time-mom trap and bought this travel system. What you get for your money is a perfectly fine infant car seat/carrier and a horrible, bulky, heavy stroller. If you have an enormous trunk in your car, maybe you don't care.
When my son outgrew the infant seat at three months, I realized how unpleasant the stroller is. It's heavy, very bulky when folded, and the seat has only two positions: bolt upright, and flat. It doesn't steer well, and the cup holders on top cause your drink to splatter all over. (I tossed my keys in there instead.) ALso, the front tray gets very scratched, because when you hold the stroller to lock it closed, it rests on the tray on the ground. When the stroller is folded and stored in your car, it must lie either on the upholstered surfaces Baby will touch, or on the tray, scratching it further.
I recommend getting a different kind of stroller that allows you to attach an infant seat. There are several available, one is a frame only, the other is a stroller with a removable bar. The drawback of the frame only is that if your baby outgrows an infant seat quickly, as mine did, you're left with a useless frame.

I got it shipped and was amazed to find that this was a jan 2001 product! I think this amounts to nothing more than cheating on part of babiesrus and amazon.com. When we order stuff, we expect it to be new and not 4 years old! And that too in case of carseat, this is just amazing.
I dont think I am ever buying anything again from amazon/babiesrus.com!
