could be more user-friendly This security suite was highly recommended which why I ordered it. I'm sure it does the job but for someone who is not computer savvy like me it could be more user friendly. I found it harder to understand what they wanted me to do when running a scan and had to call them in order to get instructions sent via email to remove malware from my computer. I never had to do that with the Kapersky that I had before. I do not recommend this product unless you have taken a lot of computer classes and are under 40.

the product keeps freezing up my computer, so I tried reinstalling it several times but that didn't work.
Disaster!
Maybe it works for you, but this product shut down our office. Four computers, nothing special; 4 yr old PC's running WIN2000 Pro on Windows network, M.S. OfficePro and Quickbooks. I installed on two computers first.
