Well researched This excellent documentary examines the effects the April 1912 sinking of the ship Titanic has had on popular culture over the past 88 years - showing excerpts from books, movies, (including the 1997 blockbuster) magazine articles, and documentaries, even showing footage of the Titanic in its final resting place at the bottom of the Atlantic ocean just off Newfoundland. It tells stories about the crew and the passengers who survived and those who perished in the wreck. Well researched and painstakingly produced, this feature proves without a doubt that the remnants from the Titanic and the ship itself should be allowed to rest in peace in their watery graves - to exhume them would be sacriligous.
