great nonstick with handy rims These baking pans are great performers at a great price. The muffin tin has a fill line so all your muffins come out the same size. The square pan has marks to show you where to make cuts to end up with uniform pieces of brownies or cake or whatever you bake in it. The cookie sheet has rings to size your dough balls by in order to obtain uniform cookies. The feature I find the most useful, however, is the large rim on the edges of the pans. This is great for grabbing pans in the oven and for flipping the food out of the pan. The nonstick surface makes food removal easy, and the biggest plus of all is that this nonstick coating is a very light silver color and so will not cause excessive browning of your baked goods the way the darker nonstick pans do. <
>These are a great value. The only down side is that the cookie sheet would be more useful if it were larger and you could bake more cookies at one time.
