Much easier for the dads!
My husband could not use the bjorn as well before since he is a big guy with broad shoulders and the straps were too short. With this one he comfortably carries our son everywhere! The only better product is the Bjorn active, it has a lumbar support and the ZL straps come standard. It is very comfortable, and both are worth every penny!

Never by anything but a Baby Bjorn carrier
I love this carrier it is so easy to use and adjust from one person to the next. I can use it with my small frame and then my husband can use it with just a loosening of the belts and we are off shopping again in a matter of minutes. I bought the cheaper sungglie carrier and found it uncomfortable to use and wear there are too many different straps to tighten and loosen and the strap that goes across your lower back for support made my lower back hurt so bad that I stopped using it and invested in the Baby Bjorn carrier. I can where it for hours and not feel any discomfort at all. I use this more than I do my stroller especially when I take my older child to school if you have ever had to use a stroller at an elementary school when school is getting out you definitely will want this carrier it is so hard to maneuver a stroller around all the people. This carrier is great for all these reasons it is easy to get the baby in and out of the carrier by yourself, it adjusts from one person to the next in a matter of minutes, washes up great won't fade or discolor, it is easy to adjust for the baby's height as the baby grows. It is just a great carrier all the way around I love it and use it on an every day bases!
