Nice rice I bought this cooker to make it easier for my wife and me to have rice ready without the hassle of watching a boiling pot and washing a burned one. The non-stick pot helps tremendously and the warmer keeps it ready for when you are. I like the secure lid: it locks in place and one doesn't have to worry about where to place a hot lid when serving the rice since it is permenantly hinged. No, it doesn't have the digital readouts and stuff....just the basics for good steamed rice, every time. Hopefully this will last us a long time.

Purchased for my wife and she loves it. Cooker is excellent. Consistent rice quality, easy to use. Even with 2 young kids around the house, she still finds time to make sushi every week.
