I LIKE IT!
From reading the other reviws, it seems I may someone out in left field but I must say I love this game! If you've ever played or remember Road Rash for Playstation/3DO that is probably the best comparison to this game. I enjoy the gameplay very much - race....earn points - use points to upgrade your sled/driver then move on and unlock new levels, new players, new arenas, etc. I think it's a very fun game. Maybe some of the others who gave a poor review of this item didn't play it enough or were just disappointed with the graphics. I agree you could probably see similiar graphics on a Playstation game - they could be better (that's why I rated it 4) - but the overall gameplay is what we should be looking at. If you enjoy it - why let the graphics bother you? Their decent enough for me. I think you'd enjoy it and I recommend it.

This game is worth the money
I hate going on to videogame sites now that the xbox has come out and listening to kids who no NOTHING about videogames complain that the frame rate was off and the graphics aren't good, well to tell you the truth, who really cares what they look like i was happy with the original nintendo. Yes, graphics are great but there not everything and that had nothing to do with why i bought my xbox. If you want a fun game with simple easy control, then get this. Its like hydro thunder, you'll beat it once and if you know what a good game is and you're a serious gamer, you'll continue to play it.

A fast paced action, hot diggidy dog game!
This game is one of the most exciting games I have ever played.(Period) If you are considering to buy this game, and you like fast paced action and battling while racing) this is the game for you. It is a racing game added with many powerups and weapons, along with a bunch of different modes and characters that can be unlocked! The only bad thing is that every race that you do involves eight players, most of them computer controlled. It would be better if you could do a race with only the human players, it would be more fun. And I really don't think the graphics are bad, because it doesn't really affect anything. If you are wondering if you should get it, but you don'y know because there are weapons involved, it really isn't that violent. Personally, I think the game should be for ages 7 and up. Anyway, if you want a great multiplayer game that will give you hours of racing fun, choose this one.
