AlphaKardia Relaxation System: 01 "In the Heart" My friend recommended this CD to me. I love it. I listen to it after a long drive home and again on my earphones before bed. I can hear the difference in the ear sounds, which really captures me. The guided relaxation has a short soothing instruction and music followed by 40 minutes of meditation music.
