With all this power, it's no surprise that Rage Fury Pro also supports the latest 3-D applications, including OpenGL ICD and Microsoft's Direct3D and DirectX. This ensures compatibility with today's 3-D games. Capable of displaying up to 8 million triangles per second, it also easily handles advanced 3-D acceleration such as anti-aliasing, Z buffering, fog effects, and texture lighting.
While not a top dog in the realm of 3-D acceleration, the Rage Fury Pro does provide all the power you need for 2-D applications like true color desktop publishing and watching DVD movies on your desktop. You'll also have the compatibility and power to keep playing the latest games without performance problems for a long time to come.
ATI covers this board with a five-year, limited warranty.

Customer Reviews of ATI Technologies Inc. Technologies 32MB AGP Rage Fury Pro
This card stinks! This card is one of the worst videocards I've ever owned. It's slow with a average picture also the DVD play back stinks. I had a 16MB Vanta that came with my computer that had the a better picture and ran faster. Altought on the up side the features are not to bad.
Video in and Video out at a reasonable price
Great little card for the $$$$. With the video in you can copy tv shows or movies from your vcr in the vcd mode save them to your hard drive and burn them to disc that will play on most dvd players.
The video out is also very useful for viewing your digital pictures on your large size tv.
All this for just 79 bucks. Too bad they are no longer avaliable.
Good Card depending on your Operating System
I purchased this card for my Windows 98 system and it works great. No problems with DVD, and it made my 400Mhz Celeron Machine behave more like a Pentium 3 when I ran games. The video capture and still image worked great also. However when I purchased a second card for my 700mhz Duron machine with Windows ME, I encountered some problems. The video was surprisingly sluggish, and installing new drivers did not help. The still image capture does not work on the ME/Duron machine. So if you are using Windows 98, this is a great card, however I would exercise caution if you are using a different OS.
