Great service and a significant time saver!
I have a significant collection of music with a decent portion of it being rather esoteric. As an early adopter of iTunes, I spent hours and hours (and HOURS!) encoding just a part of my collection, only to have the meta data (title, artist, etc.) default incorrectly, or not at all. So I spent many more hours hand-entering all that data. <

Worth every penny -- only wish I had know about it earlier
My wife and I have about 400 CD's between the two of us. I had started to convert them to digital one at a time. After about 25 my CD drive broke and I had to get it replaced. Even 25 CD's took me the entire weekend because I had to correct some of the track names, redo a couple CD's, and track down the album art. I also had some trouble with some of my favorite CD's that were scratched. <
