AWESOME Stroller!!!!
We recieved this stroller this past Wednesday and have been playing with it since! Both my husband and myself are tall, him being 6'3 and me being 6'. We used the Pliko 3 by perego with our first son, I loved the stroller but he didn't like it because it was difficult for him to push without hunching over. He harldy ever pushed our son in the perego, basically he truly didn't like the stroller. We are now expecting our second son in June, and after doing much research on the Maclaren Stroller we decided to give in and buy it. We have never really seen one, much less played with it in the store. Once we pulled it out of the box and snapped it out and locked it in place, he was in love..LOL! This strollers handle bars extend a full 44" and while he was pushing it around not once did he slouch, he just walked normal. <
>Features of this stroller are phenominal.. <
>1. Excellent comfortable handles with a great range of extension. <
>2. The back of the stroller has two pouch compartments that you can put a diaper and a portable thing of wipes in for a quick trip to the store. <
>3. Basket is pretty decent size for a stroller like this. <
>4. Hood is relatively large with an extra drop clear plastic shield as well as a safety feature of refective strips along the hood as well. There are also reflective strips on either side of the stroller to provide maximum visibility for those like us who like to take evening walks with the family. <
>5. A really neat thing is it comes with a full wrap around baby rain shield. It has two sets of bolts (just long enough to push the shield through and has a dime sized head to it with smooth edging)on either side for the rain shield to fit into and surround your little one to ensure he or she stays dry and is perfect for nasty weather conditions. You push one end into the "bolt" and wrap it around to the other side crossing over the hood and connect it to the other side and then do the same at the bottom of the stroller to provide a tight shield that completly covers the front of the stroller right down to the foot board by the wheels. <
>6. It reclines into what looks like a little sling when the leg rest is fully extended, a infant would fit snuggly and comfortably in this position without much fuss. <

>For those of you who like the idea of a snack tray and a parent tray, this stroller does not offer that. However, we purchased the Maclaren Univeral Stroller Accesory.. This must have item holds all your baby essentials with 2 Bottle holders and large mesh pouch. The Velcro attachment fits right over the handles of this stroller perfectly. We put one of the bottles (we are using Avent) and a water bottle for us in it and it works great. There is also a middle compartment between the two bottle holders that is ideal for car keys and a wallet. Thus taking away the need for a parent tray. <

>Although long, I hoped this review has given those of you a little insight as to what this stroller does and how great it is. If you have a store that is local that sells these, go look and play around with them. You won't be disappointed!
